Ductformers 12 station and 14 station TDFC rollformers form the flange connection profile for both outside hem (TDC style) and inside hem (TDF style) connections (joints) for rectangular duct work. This style of Ductwork has proven to be the most cost effective method to construct and install rectangular ductwork while providing excellent strength properties to the air duct system. The Ductformer TDFC rollformer is maintenance free with the most robust roll tool designs in the industry. Years of production with no adjustments or repairs can be expected because of the strength in it’s design. The small parts feed guide is made from 3/8” plate steel for strength and the sliding carriage includes roller wheels with bearings for life long use with no parts replacement. All of the gearing used on Ductformers rollformers can be purchased off the shelf from your local suppliers or ordered form major industrial supply houses (if they were ever required). Our roll tooling is all made in our St. Louis MO, USA factory on our newest CNC turret lathes and machining centers. You will also find that our rollformers are the quietest running machines in the industry.
